E-learning of BSMU is a learning management system based on the world-famous LMS Moodle. It includes electronic educational and methodological sets  for disciplines and practices. The system is aimed to increase the efficiency of interaction between teachers and students at all stages of the educational process.

For each discipline, experienced teachers develop a structure of complementary elements and recommendations of different types and purposes. In addition to standard components, such as legislative, theoretical and lecture materials, glossaries, atlases, media galleries, the system allows diversifying the educational process and maintaining feedback with teachers by organizing polls, forums, seminars, workshops and conferences.

A special place in the learning process at the University is given to controlled independent work of students, which is successfully carried out by teachers due to the abundance of electronic assignments, tests, questionnaires and surveys.

The system enables teaching teams to constantly improve the quality of the materials provided. And timely updating of the content is a guarantee that representatives of all countries studying at the university are always aware of innovations both in the republican health care system and in global trends.

Thus, the virtual educational environment of BSMU allows the teacher to accompany, guide and control the process of mastering the compulsory program at all stages of professional growth
